“To Freedom” is on display from Monday, Nov. 7, to Saturday, Dec. 17, at Furlong Gallery in UW-Stout’s Micheels Hall, featuring artists Riivo Kruuk (Estonian), Christina Shmigel (Ukraine), and Monika Weiss (Poland).
