In this session, participants will gain an understanding of how race, power and privilege play a direct role in the creation and perpetuation of systems of inequities. Participants will be engaging in meaningful reflection and open dialogue prompted by the review of the film “Cracking the Codes” from the World Trust Organization. Participation in part 1 is not required.
