Improve cultural self-awareness in an interactive session that gives an overview of intercultural development, explains the benefits of developing a proactive approach to diversity and inclusivity, and prepares people to take the IDI* assessment, which gives specific, individualized suggestions on how to expand intercultural competence and improve the campus climate.
