Alex Hall, family practitioner at UW-Stout Student Health Services, will present "The Role of Mental Health Providers in Transgender Care".
The session presents a nuts and bolts approach to working with transgender clients and understanding their needs, including the writing of letters of readiness for hormonal and surgical therapies as recommended by the World Professional Association for Transgender Health.
