You don’t need to be standing to reap the benefits of yoga. Increase your posture, strength, flexibility, range of motion, and reduce stress, while performing postures and breathing exercises with the aid of a chair. Loose-fitting workwear or workout gear is recommended. This class is free for all to participate in and you can participate from your desk.

Join for a half-hour of office/chair yoga and move with our instructor through poses you can do on your own at your own desk.
