In this interactive workshop, an overview of the campus goals related to diversity and inclusion and why it matters in our everyday lives will be presented. Learn the eight steps to inclusion and how to support intercultural development across campus. The session qualifies you to take the IDI assessment, which generates specific, individualized suggestions on how to expand intercultural competence and improve the campus climate. Attendance at a Make Shift Happen workshop is required before getting the results of the IDI.
