SHIFTing into Personal Leadership, participants strengthen their understanding of their own values and goals, then apply that understanding. When faced with intercultural difference, uncertainty and change, people can use the framework to determine the best way forward. Decision-making based on one’s own ideals can boost confidence and add clarity to times of personal and professional transition.
