Recent incidents at American universities as well as survey findings have many people convinced free speech is seriously threatened on American campuses. Is it? If it is threatened, what should be done? How do—or should—universities teach free speech? What are the limits of free speech on campus? UW-Stout Chancellor Bob Meyer, UW Regent Tim Higgins, and John Nichols, Associate Editor of The Capitol Times, share their experiences and opinions. CSII Director Tim Shiell moderates.
