The Literature Committee of UW-Stout and the Chippewa Valley Book Festival present author Neel Patel reading and discussing from his recent work. Neel Patel is the author of the short story collection, If You See Me, Don't Say Hi (2018) which was the New York Times Book Review Editor's Choice and the NPR Best Book of the Year.
Patel will discuss the importance of turning peripheral characters into primary ones, both its challenges and delights. This event is free and open to the public.
