Good communication is crucial to success at work
and at home. Collaboration improves when people understand one another, but how
each person interprets a set of words can vary widely. In this interactive
workshop, learn about common sources of misunderstandings and breakdowns, and
how to be heard and understood more effectively, even when you are speaking
with people whose cultural backgrounds are different from your own.
