Ted Ludwig, president of the Red Cedar Basin Monitoring Group, will speak about the importance of citizen involvement in the effort to address the issues affecting local lakes, rivers and streams.
The main mission of RCBMG is to promote the improvement of the Red Cedar River Basin through the education and active participation of local citizens in the monitoring process.
