This workshop provides greater awareness and certainty of how to determine the best course of action, when working with intercultural difference! The Intercultural Personal LeaderSHIFT framework guides individuals in creating a map to determine the best course of action for that individual in that circumstance. Through this workshop, participants strengthen their understanding of their own values and goals, then apply that understanding.
